High Easter Parish Council meets on MONDAY 2nd NOVEMBER 2026, the agenda will be available in the week prior to the meeting, please see agenda and meetings tab for details.
Mobile Post Office Van visits every Friday afternoon between 1pm and 2pm in the village hall car park.
Weekend Green Waste Service - This service will resume from Saturday, 28th February 2026 at High Easter Village Hall between 11.30am and 12.30pm. It is a bi-weekly service and the skip will return on 10th and 24th October and 7th and 21st November.
Mobile Library Service - will be at the Village Hall car park on Wednesday, 28th January 2026 and then every 3-weeks afterwards with the next visit being on 7th and 28th October and then on 18th November.
Representation
The Parish Council, as an elected statutory authority representing the local community, is consulted by Government Departments, Essex County Council, Uttlesford District Council and a wide range of official and voluntary organisations to give the views of High Easter on matters including:
- Planning Applications and Policy Documents
- Public Rights of Way
- Public Transport
- Road Schemes
The Parish Council also makes representations on behalf of the community, taking into account the views received from individuals and organisations.
